What is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy assists in the reduction of muscle tension and soreness. Addressing the soft tissues of the body, massage promotes healthy circulation of blood and lymph, improves immune responses, reduces stress, and increases mind-body awareness. Body Mechanic's multidisciplinary team of bodyworkers includes licensed  massage therapists trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Injury recovery, Relaxation, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, and Myofascial release disciplines. All of our practitioners have their own unique approach to facilitating your healing process.
