I have never done Pilates before, how do I get started?

There is no one way to start your Pilates journey. Pilates is a nuanced practice, and is most effectively practiced one on one. If it’s possible, we recommend that you begin with our Intro to bodymechanics package of three private sessions for $180. If you’re looking for a group class option you can try our Intro to Mat and Intro to Equipment packages.

Do your packages have an expiration date?

All of our packages expire four months from the date of purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

For all private, duet and trio sessions we ask that you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment, or you will be charged the full amount for your session.

For all Mat and Equipment classes we ask that you cancel within 3 hours of the start time of the class, or you will be charged for the class.

If you are an Unlimited Monthly Mat Class subscriber on auto-debit and you cancel within the 3 hour window, you will be charged the $20 drop in rate for that class.

Is there a minimum commitment for the Unlimited Monthly Mat Classes Auto-debit option?

We ask that you make a three month commitment if you’re choosing our auto-debit option, you are free to cancel whenever you’d like after those three months are up. If you are only able to commit for one month, you can still get Unlimited Mat Classes for $135

Can I use my HSA for classes and sessions at bodymechanics?

Yes, you can! If you have a health savings account you can use it to pay for any classes or sessions at bodymechanics.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Nope! We’ve got mats here for you to use that get wiped down after each use. However, if you particularly love your own mat, we would never stop you from using it!
